Welcome to the Firestone Robotics website! We are a group of individuals with a similar mindset; think, create, destroy, and repeat.
We compete in VEX Robotics tournaments all across the state every year and work our hardest to create not only decent robots but also knowledgeable students and leaders of the future.
The club is lead by the club president, Jared Borodkin, and our advisor Dan Spak, as well as the hundreds of helpful parents and volunteers.
We can't wait to compete during this 2018 - 2019 season and hope to see everyone at worlds this year!

7316F Wins Design At WorlDs; Tipping Point Announced
Posted May 23, 2021 by Andrew Stallsmith
Team 7316F, Honey Badgers, consisting of Isabelle Bailey, Anna Gray, Urban Wimberly, Eli Nisly, James Boykins, and Gabi Lathrop have won the Design Award at the 2021 VEX Robotics World Championship. They join Teams 7316E of 2015-2016 and 7316B of 2018-2019 as the only FHS Teams to win an award at the World Championship. Perhaps most notably, it is the second Design Award won by Gabi Lathrop at the World Championship, having done so as a member of the aforementioned 7316B in 2019. Unlike the past two awards however, the entire club was present for the victory after a watch-party was organized in the Firestone Auditorium for the livestream and game reveal. VEX unveiled the game Tipping Point, which features multiple scoring objects, such as rings, mobile goals, and platforms.
