Farewell 2015 Graduates!

Throughout the years, we have seen plenty of club members come and go. This year, we said farewell to eight club members. This post will recognize those who have moved on from Robotics Club and their accomplishments.

Kerry Holmes graduated and went on to attend the University of Akron with a full ride scholarship while also being a member of the U Of A Honors College where he chose to major in computer science and software development. He was president during the 2014 to 2015 VEX season and was vice president and treasurer during unlisted VEX seasons.

Kerry's achievements include being a member of the first competitive team of 7316A, being a member of the first team to advance to the Ohio States competition, being a member of the first team to advance to the Worlds competition, and being an internationally ranked VEX Programmer.

Kerry competed all four years, first starting in 2011 to 2012 during Gateway in the non-competitive team. He then was a part of the Sack Attack 7316A team during 2012 to 2013. Next, he stayed in 7316A and competed during 2013 to 2014's Toss Up where he qualified for not only States, but Worlds too. His last year was spent competing in Skyrise in 2014 to 2015 in team 7316D.
